Bethesda Church Fellowship Weekend Away
Because of the COVID pandemic, it's been a long time since we were able to have a weekend away together. The following is just a taster of what we look forward to enjoying again when we can safely do so!
This annual event aims to strengthen our relationship with God and each other, by taking time out of our routine and heading off to a hotel for the weekend to learn, pray, worship, eat and laugh together. All are welcome to join us on this relaxed retreat, which has a mixture of Bible teaching and worship, family friendly entertainment and free time to explore new places with friends. Most recently we've been staying at the Fishguard Bay Hotel, but we are always looking for venue suggestions to cater for around a hundred guests, while keeping the price for adults not too far above a hundred pounds for the entire weekend.

During the weekend there are four informal sessions dedicated to Bible teaching and worship, plus a worship and communion service. Saturday afternoon is free to explore, and Satruday evening's entertainment is a unique opportunity to laugh with each other and enjoy the performances of our many talented - and some not-so-talented - friends.

If you'd like to join us on our next trip, do get in touch with any of Mark and Julie Thompson, Sharon Wilson, John and Elaine Lewis or Sian and Steve Jones.
